To secure this fund raising opportunity for your organisation, follow these simply steps:

1. Call 1300 557 185 or email 2-3 weeks prior to your fund raising drive and tell our consultant how many catalogues and brochures your organisation requires for the activity. (Our team has noticed that 1 brochure per family and a few spares are sufficient for an efficient promotion).

2. Advertise the fundraising activity in your newsletter or notice board.

3. Send home the catalogue and brochure with each family.

4. Collect the order forms and payment (we suggest a 2 week time frame).

5. Keep a copy of the fundraising order forms for your records.

6. Fill out the Mi Tadeze microfibre fundraising profit calculations sheet.

7. Return the order forms to Mi Tadeze ® microfibre with a cheque for the total of the “Pay Mi Tadeze” column on the profit calculations sheet less any credit card payments. (We will process these credit card payments and collect these funds when the orders are returned to your organisation.)  The balance of the funds received are kept by your organisation. NB. If the credit card payments exceed the Pay Mi Tadeze column on the profit calculations sheet, we will send your organisation a cheque for the balance.
